LEGAL DISCLAIMER – SCHOOL TIP-OFF SERVICE (SOUTH AFRICA)

1. Purpose of the Service
This Tip-Off Service (“the Service”) is provided by Help Me Hub Pty Ltd to allow learners, parents, staff, and community
members to confidentially report concerns related to safety, misconduct, bullying, discrimination, substance abuse, sexual
offenses or other school-related matters. The Service aims to promote a safe and supportive school environment.
2. Confidentiality and Anonymity
Reports can be submitted anonymously. Unless required by law, Help Me Hub Pty Ltd and The School will strive to protect
reporters' identities, but cannot guarantee complete anonymity. Information may be shared with authorities if legally
required or needed for safety.
3. No Guarantee of Action or Outcome
Reporting does not ensure disciplinary or legal actions. Each report is reviewed according to School policy and South African
laws, including the South African Schools Act (84 of 1996) and Children’s Act (38 of 2005).
4. Accuracy of Information
Users of Help Me Hub Pty Ltd must ensure their submissions are truthful and accurate. False, misleading or malicious reports
may lead to disciplinary or legal consequences.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Help Me Hub Pty Ltd and The School complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Personal data
collected will only be used to investigate and resolve concerns and will not be shared or kept longer than necessary.
6. Legal Obligations and Reporting
Some reports, such as abuse, sexual offences, or threats to life, must be reported by law to the South African Police Service
(SAPS), Department of Social Development, or other relevant authorities as required.
7. Limitation of Liability
Help Me Hub Pty Ltd, The School, its staff, and partners are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of
this Service or actions based on information received.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a report, you confirm that you accept this disclaimer and the Service's terms of use.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER – COMPANY TIP-OFF LINE (SOUTH AFRICA)

1. Purpose of the Tip-Off Line
This online tip-off platform (“the Platform”) Help Me Hub Pty Ltd is provided to enable employees, contractors, suppliers and
members of the public (“Users”) to report suspected unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities relating to the Company (“the
Company”). Reports submitted via this Platform will be treated seriously and handled in accordance with applicable South
African laws and the Company’s internal policies.

2. Anonymity and Confidentiality
Users may choose to remain anonymous when submitting a report. The Company and Help Me Hub Pty Ltd will make every
reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of all information received and to protect the identity of Users, except
where disclosure is required by law or necessary for a further investigation.
3. No False or Malicious Reports
Users are reminded that the Platform is intended for genuine concerns only. Submitting false, misleading or malicious
information is prohibited and may result in disciplinary, civil or criminal action.
4. No Guarantee of Action or Outcome
The submission of a tip does not guarantee that specific action will be taken. The Company will assess and respond to each
report based on its merit, evidence provided and relevance to applicable laws and policies. The Company is under no legal
obligation to provide feedback or disclose the outcome of any investigation.
5. Limitation of Liability
While the Company and Help Me Hub Pty Ltd will take reasonable steps to ensure the security and proper functioning of the
Platform it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Company nor Help Me Hub Pty Ltd shall be liable
for any loss, damage or consequence arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, or from any reliance placed on its
contents or outcomes.
6. Data Protection and POPIA Compliance
All personal information collected through this Platform will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal
Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Personal data will only be used for purposes related to the investigation and resolution
of reported matters. Users are encouraged not to include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
The Platform is operated or managed by Help Me Hub Pty Ltd on behalf of the Company and is bound by confidentiality and
data protection agreements consistent with South African privacy legislation and ethical standards.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.
